Our Diet & Lifestyle Program’s approach is to help you overcome FOOD ADDICTION as quickly as possible by flooding your body with super nutrient dense foods and supplements. Getting through this initial phase takes planning, support and yes, some willpower, but once you make it through to the other end, you will experience a better healthier “NEW YOU” and you will never want to go back to the OLD YOU!

Our Diet & Lifestyle coach Steve Geoffrion earned certifications as a Plant Based Nutritionist from eCornel University, a CHIP Lifestyle Medicine Facilitator, and a Pro Vegan Chef from Rouxbe Culinary School. He lives a Vegan lifestyle, meditates daily, and is an avid juicer and sprout grower. As former owner of a Wellness Spa & Organic Juice Bar, and past gym trainer, Steve has the knowledge and expertise to teach clients how to boost their body’s natural capacities to lose weight, reverse disease and reduce/eliminate medications.

As Steve often sermonizes to his clients “food got you into this mess, and food can get you out”! Steve states that he does have a “tough love” approach and will only work with clients that are ready to make changes. Steve states of his diet and weight loss approach:

Everybody who comes into my office wants change (lose weight, reverse pain and chronic disease), but not everybody is willing to change.

I am only willing to work with people who are 100% dedicated to serious changes in their life. I give 110% to each client and I expect the same in return. I’m not interested in gimmicks or diets that are not sustainable for people. There is a hundred ways to lose weight, but only a handful that are healthy for you.

Our “weight loss” program really does not focus on weight loss, but rather we focus on HEALTH! When you eat the right foods, the pounds come off and long term, your body finds and maintains its natural weight.

I do not expect all my clients to become Vegan, but I do educate them on the benefits of a diet rich in plant foods and if they want to continue to eat animal based foods, I show them how to do it sensibly.

The challenge for people today is the confusing and conflicting information about which foods are healthy and which foods are not. So many credentialed “doctors” and “guru’s” will claim to have “science” behind their diet plans, but you can no longer trust nutritional studies. I sift through all the garbage “scientific studies” that are funded by special interest groups, and present true “real science” based diet and nutrition that works.

As well as a background heavy in diet and nutrition, Steve is also a PEMF (Cellular regeneration) and Neurofeedback Therapy practitioner. He will often incorporate these therapies into his Wellness Protocols to help with pain, addiction, anxiety, depression and other conditions that may hinder the end goal of weight loss overall Health and Vitality.

My experiences, education and investments into specific therapy equipment over the past decade have been both deliberate and methodical. With a passion in wanting to help people in a meaningful way, I’ve worked hard over the years gaining the knowledge and tools to have a serious impact on people’s health. I’m not looking to simply help people feel better and lose weight… I got into this field to CHANGE PEOPLES LIVES!

Average cost for Steve’s coaching ranges from $1000 to $1500 including supplements, equipment, meal plans, written guides, take home material and coaching sessions!

A less expensive Basic Plan is available for the “do-it-yourselfers”. Cost is $495 (plus cost of supplements if needed) and includes 2 coaching sessions, written plans and guides.
